What we collect
Through the contact form we collect only what you choose to give us:
- Full name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Town where the building is located
- Nature of the enquiry and number of lots
- The free-text content of your message
If you send us copropriété documents (meeting minutes, budgets), they are handled in strict confidence and used solely to prepare our proposal.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to handle your enquiry and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent, given via the form's tick box, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Your data is seen only by AG-COPRO staff handling enquiries. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

To exercise them, write to contact@ag-copro.com with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL. As we are established in France, the CNIL is the competent authority even if you reside in the United Kingdom.

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. No prior consent is therefore required. Fonts and the 3D display library are hosted locally: no request is sent to any third-party service as you browse.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
