Before you write
What should I send with my enquiry ?
For a building: the latest general meeting minutes and the current operating budget. Those two documents are enough for a serious proposal. For a rental property: the address, floor area and current rent if it is already let.
How quickly will you reply ?
Within 48 working hours. An enquiry arriving on Friday afternoon will therefore be answered early the following week.
Is the assessment chargeable ?
No. Reviewing your file, preparing a costed proposal and, where relevant, attending your general meeting to present it are entirely free and without obligation.
Can I call from the UK ?
