In French Flanders, copropriétés are usually modest — six to twenty lots — in traditional brick buildings. A profile the large networks tend to overlook.
Small buildings are where we work best. Below fifteen lots, many firms either apply a disproportionate fee or decline the instruction altogether. We size our organisation to that scale, with a contract proportionate to the actual workload.
Flemish brick construction ages well but needs its pointing, roof coverings and rainwater goods watched. Caught early, these repairs cost little; left alone, they turn into water ingress and structural damage.
Many of these buildings lend themselves to energy retrofit — loft insulation, replacing a communal boiler — often eligible for grant funding. The applications still have to be assembled, which we handle.
Block management, rental management and property asset management. We work with councils of owners, individual owners and landlords, on buildings of every size.

Yes, and it is something of a speciality. We apply no minimum number of lots. Buildings under fifteen lots are often poorly served by the large networks — which is precisely where a small firm adds the most.
